Checklist for Indian Nationals

Visa Type: B1 (Tourism/Business/Short-term Visit)

Eligible Purpose:
Indian nationals eligible for visa-on-arrival or special entry can apply for a B1 visa for the following purposes:

  • Visiting selected locations for recreation, personal development, or studying tourist attractions, including travel by yacht, or attending meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE) activities.
  • Discussions, negotiations, and/or signing of business agreements at offices, factories, or production facilities.
  • Conducting field observations at offices, factories, investment sites, or mining facilities.

Indonesia E-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) – Required Documents

Requirement Details
Passport Copy Colour scan of the front and last page. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia.
Flight Tickets Confirmed flight details including airline name, flight number, and exact travel dates.
Hotel Booking Confirmed hotel reservation including:
• Full hotel name
• Complete address
• Valid PIN code
(These details will appear on the visa.)
Photograph Recent passport-size color photograph with a white background.
Visa Fee Approx. IDR 519,500 (subject to exchange rate at the time of payment). Service charges will apply as per agreement.

Important Notes & Special Instructions:

  1. The Embassy or Immigration authorities may request additional documents beyond those listed above.
  2. Applicants may be called for a personal interview at the discretion of the Embassy.
  3. Visa approval, entry permission, and processing times are entirely at the discretion of the Embassy.
  4. The E-Visa fee is subject to the prevailing exchange rate; service charges will be applied as agreed.
