Visa Checklist – 30 Days Single Entry (Pre-approved Visa)
Required Documents:
- Passport copy (clear, valid for at least 6 months)
- Passport-size photograph – white background, no shadows, taken within the last 6 months
- Hotel stay voucher
- Confirmed flight ticket
- PAN card copy
- Occupation details (e.g., Employee / Business / Student / Homemaker)
- Passport front cover photo
Processing Time:
- 3–5 working days after receiving all documents
Terms & Conditions:
- Visa approval/rejection is solely at the discretion of the UAE Embassy/Immigration.
- Additional documents may be requested.
- Processing time is indicative and may vary based on Embassy workload.
Visa on Arrival (VOA) for Indian Passport Holders

Required at Immigration (UAE Airport):
- Valid Indian Passport
- Minimum 6 months’ validity from date of arrival
- At least 2 blank pages for stamping
- Valid US Visa/Green Card (or UK/Schengen visa) – Mandatory
- Must be valid and visible at the time of entry
- Confirmed Return/Onward Ticket
- Proof of exit before visa expiry (14 days)
- Hotel Booking / Stay Details
- Hotel voucher or invitation letter/address from host in UAE
- Proof of Funds (sometimes requested)
- Credit card, cash, or recent bank statement
- Travel Insurance (recommended)
- Some airlines (e.g., Emirates) may require valid travel insurance
Immigration Process at Airport (VOA)
- Proceed to the Visa on Arrival counter after landing.
- Present the above documents.
- Pay the VOA fee: AED 140–200 (approx.) via card/cash.
- A 14-day visa will be issued.
- Can be extended once for 14 more days by paying AED 250–350 at UAE Immigration inside the country.
