30 Days Single Entry & Visa on Arrival (VOA) Information

Please find below the required documents and important information for applying a 30 Days Single Entry Visa for UAE (Dubai) and for Visa on Arrival (VOA) eligibility for Indian nationals.

Visa Checklist – 30 Days Single Entry (Pre-approved Visa)

Required Documents:

  1. Passport copy (clear, valid for at least 6 months)
  2. Passport-size photograph – white background, no shadows, taken within the last 6 months
  3. Hotel stay voucher
  4. Confirmed flight ticket
  5. PAN card copy
  6. Occupation details (e.g., Employee / Business / Student / Homemaker)
  7. Passport front cover photo

Processing Time:

  • 3–5 working days after receiving all documents

Terms & Conditions:

  • Visa approval/rejection is solely at the discretion of the UAE Embassy/Immigration.
  • Additional documents may be requested.
  • Processing time is indicative and may vary based on Embassy workload.

Visa on Arrival (VOA) for Indian Passport Holders

Required at Immigration (UAE Airport):

  1. Valid Indian Passport
    • Minimum 6 months’ validity from date of arrival
    • At least 2 blank pages for stamping
  2. Valid US Visa/Green Card (or UK/Schengen visa) – Mandatory
    • Must be valid and visible at the time of entry
  3. Confirmed Return/Onward Ticket
    • Proof of exit before visa expiry (14 days)
  4. Hotel Booking / Stay Details
    • Hotel voucher or invitation letter/address from host in UAE
  5. Proof of Funds (sometimes requested)
    • Credit card, cash, or recent bank statement
  6. Travel Insurance (recommended)
    • Some airlines (e.g., Emirates) may require valid travel insurance

Immigration Process at Airport (VOA)

  • Proceed to the Visa on Arrival counter after landing.
  • Present the above documents.
  • Pay the VOA fee: AED 140–200 (approx.) via card/cash.
  • A 14-day visa will be issued.
  • Can be extended once for 14 more days by paying AED 250–350 at UAE Immigration inside the country.

  2. Even with all documents, entry is not guaranteed.
  3. Fees are charged directly by UAE Immigration; pricing/acceptance is beyond our control.
  4. Immigration officers may request additional documents or deny entry without reason.
  5. Travelers are responsible for ensuring all documents (passport, valid visa, return ticket, insurance, etc.) are in order.
  6. Overstays or extensions must comply with UAE Immigration rules.
